Cleaning is easy, with the modular aluminum grease filters, treated to prevent deterioration from grease or detergent which makes them dishwasher safe. Bright halogen or incandescent lights illuminate the cooking surface.

Electronic blower delay timer automatically shuts the unit off after 15 minutes, when selected.

Electronic control panel is located at the front of the hood for convenient use.

Convertible ducting - Vertical or Ductless (ductless operation requires the addition of model BCCF-01 charcoal odor filters - not included).
